We are on our third Acura with this great dealership. They're great because there's no hassle and no "surprises" in customer service. I dropped my ILX off for a scheduled type A servicing. As usual, work was done quickly and efficiently. A nice touch was when the service manager, I think his name is Brendan, came out of his office and inquired if I was happy with my experience. It was obvious that he genuinely cares about his customer's satisfaction. Very nice touch.
